By booking services with Welcome Home Renderings, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once design has started.

Revisions

Your project includes one revision. Included revisions cover refinements within the agreed layout concept and may include:

• Minor adjustments to cabinetry placement

• Small shifts in appliances or fixtures

• Style or material swaps (tile, hardware, lighting, paint colors, countertops)

• Visual refinements aligned with the original design direction

The following are considered new design work and are not included:

• Full redesigns or new layouts

• Flipping or reorienting an entire space

• Removing or adding major features (islands, new cabinetry runs, or structural elements)

• Introducing a new inspiration or design direction after initial delivery

Changes outside the included scope require a separate quote. Additional revision sessions may be purchased separately.

Exclusions

All drawings and renderings are provided for planning and visualization purposes only. Final cabinetry and construction drawings must be completed by your builder, contractor, or cabinet maker. It is the client's responsibility to verify all dimensions and site conditions prior to ordering or construction. These drawings are not intended for construction, permitting, engineering, or fabrication purposes.

Materials and Finishes

We work closely with your inspiration and specifications, though exact matches are not guaranteed. Materials, finishes, lighting, and appliances shown in designs and renderings are approximate representations.

Copyright and Usage

All designs, drawings, and files are the intellectual property of Welcome Home Renderings. We reserve the right to share project images on social media. Full floor plans are never shared publicly.

Timeline Disclaimer

All timelines assume prompt communication and complete submissions. Delays in plan delivery or feedback will extend the project schedule.
