I help homeowners, builders, and designers make confident design decisions before construction begins. I take your floor plans, ideas, and inspiration and turn them into a fully designed, highly realistic 3D representation of your space.

Before we get into finishes and aesthetics, I look at how the space functions — considering layout, clearances, sightlines, cabinetry, and placement. From there, we develop the design down to the smallest detail, so you can confidently see and refine your space before construction begins.

The Process

01 — Tell Me About Your Space

Start by sharing a few details about your space and what you’re looking to accomplish. I’ll review everything and put together a custom proposal outlining the scope, investment, and next steps for your project.

02 — Complete Your Design Questionnaire

Once your project is booked, you’ll complete a short questionnaire covering your style, materials, how you use the space, and what matters most to you.

03 — I Design Your Space

Before aesthetics, I focus on how your space needs to function. Clearances, door swings, sightlines, cabinetry, and placement are carefully considered to create a layout that works for everyday life.

Once the layout is confirmed, I bring your space to life in 3D — carefully designing every detail from cabinetry and finishes to materials, paint, lighting, and furnishings.

04 — We Review & Refine

Review your design and share your feedback. We’ll work through the details together, making thoughtful revisions until everything feels just right.

05 — Final Delivery

Everything is delivered in one final online gallery, ready to share with your builder, cabinet maker, contractor, or design team — giving everyone a clear vision of what’s being built

Hi, I’m Kerri, the creator behind Welcome Home Renderings. I help homeowners, builders, and designers make confident design decisions before construction begins — bringing the entire space to life through detailed 3D design and visualization.

After living in several states, from California to Rhode Island, I developed an appreciation for how thoughtful design and architecture shape the way we experience a home. That passion became personal when my husband and I designed and built our own home. During the process, I realized how difficult it can be to truly visualize design decisions, like cabinetry, finishes, colors, and layouts before they exist.

Welcome Home Renderings was created to make that process easier. Through detailed, realistic renderings, I help clients explore design options, refine their vision, and move forward with confidence before building begins.

Your Questions, Answered

  • To begin, simply share your floor plan or architectural drawings along with inspiration photos or design ideas. The more details you provide—such as finishes, cabinetry styles, colors, and furniture preferences—the more accurate and personalized your renderings will be.

  • Yes. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. I’ll review your plans and help optimize the layout based on functionality, clearances, placement, and how you want the space to work. Once the layout is established, we’ll move into the design and visualization phase

  • From booking to final delivery, most projects take about 3 weeks.

  • I use real, to-scale materials, including tile, wallpaper, lighting, and paint colors. Paint colors can be matched accurately when both the manufacturer and color name are provided

  • I specialize in interior spaces, including kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, mudrooms, and other residential spaces. Custom home builds and renovations are welcome.

  • Yes. Each project includes a round of revisions to refine the design and ensure the final renderings match your vision.

  • Absolutely. I’m happy to work with builders, designers, or architects to ensure the renderings accurately reflect the intended design.

  • Deliverables include finished renderings, cabinetry dimensions, and 2D elevations. These visuals can be shared with your builder, contractor, or design team as a reference during the build.
